Research and Practice on Teaching Development and Training Program for Newly Employed University Teachers——Taking Zhejiang University as an example
Teachers are the foundation and source of education,and the key to ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.In order to enhance the professional level of teaching among university teachers,Zhejiang University has designed and implemented a modular and menu based new teacher teaching development and training program based on the TPACK theory.The program has explored and achieved good results in improving management mechanisms,establishing standardized systems,carrying out characteristic activities,and building communication platforms.At the same time,it has also considered further optimizing the new teacher teaching development and training program from policy incentives,faculty teams,training programs,and training themes.
