产学研育入中思政教育的现实困境与改革策略

产学研育人模式已在我国教育领域得到了广泛应用.然而,由于其特殊的教育形式,导致人才的思想政治教育工作受到严重限制.本研究从产学研教育形式、育人导向,以及育人主体的思政教育意识等方面,深入分析了产学研育人模式下思政教育所面临的现实困境,提出强化思政教育核心地位、丰富思政教育形式、提升各主体思政教育意识、提高教师思政素质和完善评价机制,是应对产学研育人中思政教育现实困境的有效改革路径.
The model of"Production-University-Research"has been widely used in the field of education in China.However,due to its special form of education,the ideological and political education of talents is severely limited.From the aspects of education form,education orientation,and the ideological and political education consciousness of main bodies in education,this study deeply analyzes the realistic difficulties faced by ideological and political education under the mode of"Production-University-Research".To strengthen the core position of ideological and political education,enrich the form of ideological and political education,enhance the consciousness of each body in ideological and political education,improve the ideological and political quality of teachers and perfect the evaluation mechanism are the effective reform paths to meet the realistic difficulties of ideological and political education in"Production-University-Research".
