Perseverance of Excellent College Students and its Generation Logic and Training Strategy——Taking the deeds of 30"Top Ten College Students"from Y University as an example
This study selected 30 outstanding students of Y University to conduct a qualitative study,and found that perseverance,as a stable personality trait,is a common positive psychological quality of outstanding students.The perseverance of excellent college students is mainly embodied in the aspects of knowing,feeling,will and action,that is,they have firm ideal belief,solid professional identity,tenacious innovation spirit and firm executive ability.The generation logic of excellent college students'perseverance quality lies in knowing clearly,sharing feelings,being true to one's will and being faithful to one's action,we should pay attention to deepening the guidance of party construction,building the foundation of belief,guiding professional identity,building the platform of practice,creating the atmosphere of innovation,cultivating critical thinking,teaching planning skills and cultivating self-discipline and self-improvement.
