Research and Practice of Graduate Moral Education from the Perspective of Strengthening Moral Education and Talent Cultivation
As the fundamental task of medical education,strengthening moral education and cultivating talents is of great significance for enhancing the medical ethics and comprehensive abilities of graduate students.However,the current moral education work for graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine is facing many challenges and difficulties,such as weak awareness of medical ethics,incomplete moral education system,and lack of targeted moral education content.Starting from the perspective of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents,this article deeply analyzes the current practical difficulties in the moral education work of traditional Chinese medicine graduate students,and proposes targeted strategies to enhance the effectiveness of moral education work for graduate students,providing strong support for cultivating new era medical talents with noble medical ethics and exquisite medical skills.
