Preliminary Application of Flipped Classroom in Clinical Internship Teaching of Liver Fluke Disease
Objective:To explore the application of flipped classroom in clinical practice teaching of liver fluke disease.Method:30 undergraduate interns majoring in clinical medicine at Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research subjects.15 students were in the flipped classroom group,and the other 15 students were in the traditional classroom group.They underwent flipped classroom internship teaching and traditional lecture internship teaching for the diagnosis and treatment of liver fluke disease,respectively.Compare the exam scores of two groups of students to see if there is a difference.The score of the flipped classroom group(81.53±2.70 points)was higher than that of the traditional teaching group(77.33±4.62 points,P<0.05).Flipped classroom was superior to the traditional classroom group in improving learning interest,subjective initiative,logical analysis ability,communication and collaboration ability,and cultivating clinical thinking ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching effect of flipped classroom is better than traditional teaching methods,which helps to stimulate students'learning motivation and can be gradually promoted in clinical teaching.
