摘要
大学阶段是大学生世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键阶段,尤其是在大学的初始阶段,学生能否尽快地适应大学生活对其发展至关重要.当前,高校辅导员新生入学教育工作中存在教学人员单一、教学方式陈旧、教学内容繁杂等问题.文章从民办高校大学生入学教育现状出发,探讨辅导员如何发挥教师、家长、朋辈学生的联动优势,以丰富的教育教学内容、校园活动、网络平台等为载体,明确教育目标方向,循序渐进地开展新生入学教育,提出促进新生适应大学生活的对策,提升高校人才培养质量,更好地落实立德树人根本任务.
Abstract
The university stage is a crucial stage for the formation of college students'worldview,outlook on life,and values,especially in the initial stage of university.Whether students can adapt to university life as soon as possible is crucial for their development.At present,there are problems with the single teaching staff,outdated teaching methods,and complex teaching content in the new student enrollment education carried out by college counselors.Starting from the current situation of enrollment education for college students in private universities,this article explores how counselors can leverage the collaborative advantages of teachers,parents,and peer students,clarify educational goals and directions through rich educational content,campus activities,online platforms,etc.,gradually carry out new student enrollment education,propose strategies to promote new students'adaptation to university life,improve the quality of talent cultivation in universities,and better implement the fundamental task of moral education.
