高职院校护理专业课程考核评价模式探析

目前我国高职院校护理专业课程传统的考核评价模式存在终结性、理论性、单项性,以及评价方式、评价主体及评价维度的单一性等问题,并且对现有改革措施的研究总体上较少,且不够全面和深入,缺乏具体的实施建议。文章针对现有问题,探索性地提出过程化、内容全面化、标准综合化、方式多样化、主体多元化及角度丰富化的考核评价模式。
Exploration of the Assessment and Evaluation Model for Nursing Courses in Vocational Colleges
At present,the traditional evaluation model for nursing courses in vocational colleges in China has problems such as finality,theoretical nature,singularity,and singularity in evaluation methods,evaluation subjects,and evaluation dimensions.Moreover,there is a lack of comprehensive and in-depth research on existing reform measures,and specific implementation suggestions are lacking.The article explores and proposes a process oriented,comprehensive,standardized,diverse,subject oriented,and angle rich assessment and evaluation model for existing problems.
