文章通过查阅文献、市场调查和专家论证,对接"1+X"母婴护理职业技能证书,修订五年制高职助产专业人才培养方案及相关课程标准、整合和优化教学内容、改革教学过程、打造"双师型"教师队伍、优化评价方式,旨在提高教学质量,提升人才培养质量,提升学生就业竞争力,满足社会对复合型高素质技术技能人才的需求.
Abstract
The article aims to improve the quality of teaching,enhance the quality of talent cultivation,improve the competitiveness of students in employment,and meet the demand of society for composite high-quality technical and skilled talents by reviewing literature,market research,and expert argumentation,aligning with the"1+X"vocational skills certificate for maternal and child care,revising the five-year vocational midwifery professional talent training plan and related course standards,integrating and optimizing teaching content,reforming teaching processes,creating a"dual qualified"teaching team,and optimizing evaluation methods.
