Medical students are the reserve force of medical personnel and the fresh blood of the medical system in China.Improving the occupational protection ability of medical students is an inherent requirement for universities to ensure the physical and mental health of medical students,reduce the incidence of occupational exposure of medical personnel,and promote the stable development of the national medical industry under the new situation.This article is based on the concept of precision education,analyzing the value implications,practical difficulties,and practical paths of improving the occupational protection ability of medical students in universities from three dimensions:precise target positioning,precise problem assessment,and precise measure supply.This article proposes specific measures such as precise benchmarking of educational objects,precise formation of teacher teams,and precise selection of teaching content,which are of great significance for improving the quality of occupational protection education in universities,enhancing the occupational protection ability of medical students,and helping to build a healthy China.
