摘要
地方应用型本科高校面临着培养与市场需求相适应的复合型人才的挑战.本研究旨在探索如何创新英语复合型人才培养模式,在综合考虑学校历史、学科特色和社会服务能力的基础上,提出采用"平台+模块+拓展"的课程架构,实现跨学科与产教研的融合发展.通过整合现代信息技术,运用数字化内容和多元化教学手段,提升学生的实操技能与跨学科问题解决能力.此外,该模式融合了校企合作、内外实训,并采纳了多维度、持续更新的评价系统,旨在全面提升学生的实用技能,为提高地方院校教育质量提供可行的策略参考.
Abstract
Local application-oriented undergraduate universities face the challenge of cultivating compound talents that meet market demands.This study aims to explore innovative models for cultivating compound talents in English,proposing a"platform+module+extension"curriculum structure based on a comprehensive consideration of the university's history,subject characteristics,and social service capabilities.This structure facilitates interdisciplinary and industry-education-research integration.By integrating modern information technology,utilizing digital content,and diverse teaching methods,the model enhances students'practical skills and interdisciplinary problem-solving abilities.Additionally,the model incorporates corporate partnerships and internal/external practical training and adopts a multi-dimensional,continuously updated evaluation system.This approach aims to comprehensively improve students'practical skills and provide viable strategies for enhancing the educational quality of local universities.
