摘要
随着"大情报"体系的完善,公安情报在公安工作中的作用越来越重要.目前我国公安情报工作还存在数据采集不到位、数据共享有难度、共建机制不完善等问题,公安院校作为培养公安情报人才的重要阵地,要基于"共建、共治、共享"理念,依托大数据进行全能情报人才培养,以促进公安情报工作纵深化和高效化发展.文章首先陈述了"共建、共治、共享"理念的内涵,然后分析了公安情报人才的关键素养,最后在归纳公安情报人才培养切入点的基础上总结出人才培养对策,以供参考.
Abstract
With the improvement of the"big intelligence"system,the role of public security intelligence in public security work is becoming increasingly important.At present,there are still problems in China's public security intelligence work,such as inadequate data collection,difficulty in data sharing,and incomplete co construction mechanisms.As an important battlefield for cultivating public security intelligence talents,public security colleges and universities should rely on the concept of"co construction,co governance,and sharing"and rely on big data to cultivate all-round intelligence talents,in order to promote the vertical deepening and efficiency of public security intelligence work.The article first states the connotation of the concept of"co construction,co governance,and sharing",then analyzes the key qualities of public security intelligence talents,and finally summarizes the talent cultivation strategies based on the induction of the entry points of public security intelligence talent cultivation for reference.
