摘要
人才基础是乡村振兴战略全面推进的关键.基于乡村振兴战略对农村发展领域硕士研究生的实践能力进行评价,可为培养适应乡村振兴发展需要的高层次人才提供支持.为此,文章通过构建评价指标体系并进行量化分析,客观评价当前农村发展领域硕士研究生实践能力的现状及存在的主要问题,并从优化课程实践教学内容、强化师资队伍建设、完善实践教学条件和改革课程考核评价方式等方面提出提升农村发展领域硕士研究生实践能力的具体对策.
Abstract
The talent foundation is the key to the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.Evaluating the practical abilities of master's students in the field of rural development based on the strategy of rural revitalization can provide support for cultivating high-level talents that meet the needs of rural revitalization and development.To this end,the article objectively evaluates the current status and main problems of the practical ability of master's students in the field of rural development by constructing an evaluation index system and conducting quantitative analysis.Finally,specific measures are proposed to enhance the practical ability of master's students in the field of rural development,including optimizing the content of practical teaching courses,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving practical teaching conditions,and reforming the assessment and evaluation methods of courses.
