摘要
本文探讨了高职教育中"1+X"证书制度下酒店管理与数字化运营专业(下文简称"酒店管理专业")书证融通教学的困难与挑战,包括课程设置与职业技能证书融合不够紧密、教学资源与实践环节存在不足、教师对"1+X"证书制度的理解与应用存在偏差、学生学习积极性不够等问题,提出了加强校企合作、优化人才培养方案、改善师资结构和提升学生积极性等举措,以破解这些困境,促进书证融通教学的有效实施.
Abstract
This article explores the difficulties and challenges of integrating book and certificate teaching in the Hotel Management and Digital Operations major(hereinafter referred to as the"Hotel Management major")under the"1+X"certificate system in higher vocational education,including insufficient integration of curriculum design and vocational skills certificates,insufficient teaching resources and practical environment,teachers'understanding and application of the 1+X certificate system deviation,and insufficient student participation enthusiasm.Measures such as strengthening school enterprise cooperation,optimizing talent training programs,improving teacher structure,and enhancing student enthusiasm are proposed to solve these difficulties and promote the effective implementation of book and certificate integration teaching.
