劳动教育是中国特色社会主义人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是"五育"并举中的重要一环,探寻切实可行的劳动教育实施路径,对于新时代高校立德树人根本任务中大学生精神风貌的培养、劳动技能水平的提升和劳动价值取向的把握发挥着关键性作用.文章通过明晰劳动教育的架构路线,从劳动教育的组织实施、队伍建设两个角度入手探析劳动教育的路径机制,完善保障体系,多元统筹协调,以期为高校劳动教育的发展提供有益参考.
Abstract
Labor education is an important component of the talent cultivation system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is an important part of the"five educations"simultaneously.Exploring practical and feasible implementation paths for labor education plays a crucial role in cultivating the spiritual outlook,improving labor skills,and grasping labor value orientation of college students in the task of moral education and talent cultivation in the new era.The article clarifies the structure and direction of labor education,and explores the path and mechanism of labor education from the perspectives of organizational implementation and team building.It improves the guarantee system,coordinates multiple aspects,and aims to provide useful references for the development of labor education in universities.
