Exploration of Teaching Reform in Chromatography and Separation Course Based on OBE Concept-Taking"Rate Theory"Teaching as an Example
The article is mainly based on the Outcome Based Education(OBE)concept,exploring the teaching reform of chromatography and separation,aiming to change the traditional single teaching mode,explore new teaching methods,and improve teaching effectiveness.Taking the knowledge point of"rate theory"in the basic theory of chromatography as an example,teaching design is carried out using various methods such as problem introduction,image comparison,and group discussion to achieve a closed-loop teaching process.The implementation of a multi-level and multi angle process assessment and evaluation system in the curriculum has cultivated students'academic thinking ability,innovation ability,and engineering practice ability.
