摘要
职业教育肩负着培养高素质技术技能人才的重任,而学生管理培养模式的创新直接关系到人才培养质量.为了实现这一目标,教师必须立足职业教育的特点,以学生的全面发展为导向,积极探索并构建具有鲜明职教特色的学生管理培养新模式,从而提升职业院校的人才培养水平,为社会输送更多高质量的技术技能人才.鉴于此,文章从学生特点入手,探讨了职业教育体系下学生管理培养模式的创新思路,以期助力职业教育高质量发展.
Abstract
Vocational education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and the innovation of student management and training mode directly affects the quality of talent cultivation.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to base on the characteristics of vocational education,take the comprehensive development of students as the guide,actively explore and construct a new model of student management and training with distinctive vocational education characteristics,so as to improve the talent cultivation level of vocational colleges and provide more high-quality technical and skilled talents for society.In view of this,this article will start with the characteristics of students and explore innovative ideas for student management and training models under the vocational education system,in order to help promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
