新时代师范生职业道德行为倾向现状及优化策略

本研究调查了 672名师范生在十项准则维度下的职业道德行为倾向现状及影响因素。研究发现,整体上师范生对师德失范行为持否定态度,但部分准则的负向同向性选择率偏低。与职业道德行为倾向呈显著相关的因素有性别、年级、是否从事过基础教育工作、将来从事基础教育事业的意愿强烈程度等。针对研究结果,文章从完善高校师德课程、优化教师资格考试、加强自我师德修养三个方面,提出优化新时代师范生职业道德行为倾向的策略。
Current Situation and Optimization Strategy of Professional Moral Behavior Tendency of Normal University Students in the New Era
This study investigated the current situation and influencing factors of 672 normal students under the ten criterion dimensions.The study shows that on the whole,normal university students as a whole hold a negative attitude towards teachers'ethics,but the negative selection rate of some criteria is low.The factors significantly associated with professional ethical behavior were gender,grade,whether they have worked in basic education,and strong willingness to engage in basic education in the future.According to the results of the research,the optimization strategy of the professional moral behavior tendency of normal university students in the new era is proposed from the three aspects of improving the teacher's ethics course in colleges and universities,optimizing the teacher qualification examination and strengthening the self-ethics cultivation.
