"双高计划"背景下高职院校教育督导质量提升路径研究

摘要
高职院校的"双高"建设,使督导面临新形势、新挑战与新机遇.为了让教育督导适应新的形势,发挥更好的效用,文章在分析高职院校教育督导工作现状的基础上,以湖南工业职业技术学院为例,从构建分级分类督导视角、完善督导体制机制、建设督导队伍、强化督导结果运用、加强督导信息化建设等方面,提出促进教育督导质量提升的有效路径,以期为新时代督导体制机制改革,尤其是"双高"高职院校督导工作的开展与改进提供参考.
Abstract
The construction of"double high"in vocational colleges presents new situations,challenges,and opportunities for supervision.How can educational supervision adapt to the new situation and play a better role Based on the analysis of the current situation of educational supervision in vocational colleges,this article takes Hunan Industrial Polytechnic as an example to propose effective paths for improving the quality of educational supervision from the perspectives of building a hierarchical and classified supervision perspective,improving the supervision system and mechanism,building a supervision team,strengthening the application of supervision results,and enhancing the construction of supervision informationization,in order to provide reference for the reform of the supervision system and mechanism in the new era,especially for the development and improvement of supervision work in"double high"vocational colleges.
