摘要

为推进教育强国建设,文章基于北京师范大学研究型院系(物理学系),围绕其学业发展与辅导需求进行精准调研,以构建大学生学业发展与辅导体系为核心研究内容,提出"AIM"学业发展与辅导体系,即基于"Academic challenges(学业挑战)""Ignite innovation(激发创新)""Map careers(职业规划)"三个模块,对标学业问题、科研探索、生涯规划三大突出问题,构建专业学习、竞赛科研、升学就业全覆盖模式的学业辅导体系,制订全周期的普适性学业指导服务方案,以培养基础研究人才、夯实科技自立自强根基为目标,紧扣立德树人根本任务,旨在提升学生学业质量、激发学生科研潜力、明晰学生生涯规划.

Abstract

In order to promote the construction of a strong education country,this article is based on the research-oriented department(Physics Department)of Beijing Normal University,and conducts precise research on its academic development and counseling needs.With the construction of a university student academic development and counseling system as the core research content,the article proposes the"AIM"academic development and counseling system,which is based on the three modules of"Academic challenges","Ignite innovation",and"Map careers".It targets the three prominent issues of academic problems,scientific research exploration,and career planning,constructs a comprehensive academic counseling system covering professional learning,competitive scientific research,and further education and employment,and formulates a universal academic guidance service plan for the whole cycle to cultivate basic research talents and consolidate technological self-reliance and self-improvement.Rooted in the goal,closely following the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talent,Intended to improve students'academic quality,stimulate their research potential,and clarify their career planning,.
