摘要

科技创新基地是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,为国家实施创新驱动发展战略提供了重要支撑.目前科技创新基地评价指标体系有待进一步健全、静态监控的发展现状在一定程度上已不能适应新时代提升科技创新基地建设质量的要求.文章围绕新形势下科技发展的需求,构建科技创新基地建设质量评价指标体系、建立动态监控机制,并结合信息化手段实现科技创新基地信息化管理原型系统.

Abstract

The science and technology innovation base is an important component of the national innovation system,providing important support for the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy by the country.At present,the evaluation index system for science and technology innovation bases needs further improvement,and the development status of static monitoring can no longer meet the requirements of improving the quality of science and technology innovation base construction in the new era to a certain extent.This article focuses on the needs of technological development in the new situation,constructs a quality evaluation index system for the construction of scientific and technological innovation bases,establishes a dynamic monitoring mechanism,and combines information technology methods to achieve a prototype system for the information management of scientific and technological innovation bases.
