Research on the Talent Cultivation Model of Petroleum Engineering from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
Based on the background of new productive forces,this paper elaborates on the current development status of talent cultivation in petroleum engineering in China's petroleum industry colleges,taking the School of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering at Changzhou University as an example.Based on the characteristics of the petroleum engineering major,a new model of collaborative education driven by innovation and integrating science and education,practical education through school enterprise cooperation,and industry education integration,as well as a multi-dimensional education model based on discipline foundation and ideological and political education has been proposed.The"collaborative education"mechanism,"practical education"system,and"diversified education"paradigm of petroleum engineering majors in petroleum colleges have been optimized,laying a foundation for cultivating high-quality talents in petroleum engineering majors based on the background of new quality productivity in domestic petroleum colleges.
