职业院校科研卓越管理是提升办学质量、促进内涵式发展、深化产教融合、增强协同创新,助推经济社会高质量发展的必然选择.文章从转变管理模式、增强服务理念、强化顶层设计、完善科研体制机制等方面阐述科研卓越管理的基本内涵,强调专业性科研管理队伍、高层次科技人才对高水平科技成果产出的积极作用,提出以研育人输出技术技能人才、加强横向科研解决企业技术难题、促进成果转移转化和协同创新集群式发展的科研卓越管理体系建设路径.
Abstract
Excellent management of scientific research in vocational colleges is an inevitable choice to improve the quality of education,promote connotative development,deepen the integration of industry and education,enhance collaborative innovation,and promote high-quality economic and social development.The article elaborates on the basic connotation of scientific research excellence management from the aspects of transforming management mode,enhancing service concept,strengthening top-level design,and improving scientific research system and mechanism.It emphasizes the positive role of professional scientific research management team and high-level scientific and technological talents in the output of high-level scientific and technological achievements.It proposes a construction path for scientific research excellence management system,which includes cultivating technical and skilled talents through research,strengthening horizontal scientific research to solve enterprise technical problems,promoting the transfer and transformation of achievements,and promoting collaborative innovation cluster development.
