高职现代家政服务与管理专业学生顶岗实习管理困境及对策研究

摘要
文章以长沙民政职业技术学院现代家政服务与管理专业为例,分析该专业学生顶岗实习现状,即从学校、学生、企业三个层面揭示了顶岗实习管理面临的困境,在此基础上提出相应对策,包括充分发挥顶岗实习的教学功能、明确"学校-学生-企业"三方主体责任、建立过程性动态监管智慧平台等,以期提高技术技能型家政人才培养质量,更好地推进服务产业转型升级.
Abstract
The article takes the Modern Home Service and Management major of Changsha Civil Affairs Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the current situation of on-the-job internships for students in this major.It reveals the difficulties faced by on-the-job internship management from the perspectives of schools,students,and enterprises.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures are proposed:to give full play to the teaching function of on-the-job internships,clarify the responsibilities of the"school-student-enterprise"three parties,establish a process based dynamic supervision intelligent platform,etc.,in order to improve the quality of training technical and skilled home service talents and better serve the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
