Teaching evaluation is an important measure for evaluating,supervising,ensuring,and improving teaching quality,and is an important component of China's higher education quality assurance system.Teaching evaluation is an indispensable part of teaching design,and its effective implementation relies on the support and participation of academic management personnel.The article explores the qualities that university academic administrators should possess from the perspective of teaching evaluation,analyzes the current status and existing problems of academic administrators'qualities,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies based on this.
