校局合作视角下公安高等院校专业人才培养模式创新研究

摘要
公安事业的蓬勃发展离不开优秀的专业人才作为支持和保障,公安院校作为公安人才培育的主阵地,需通过与公安机关加强联动协作、共建校局协同育警机制来不断提高人才培养成效,使公安人才有较高的专业水平及出色的履职能力.文章基于校局合作视角,旨在探讨公安院校人才培养模式的创新机制,从转变人才培养理念、拓展合作深度广度、构建合作运行机制、加强师资队伍建设四个维度,提出了多元化的育人模式创新策略.
Abstract
The vigorous development of the public security industry cannot be separated from the support and guarantee of excellent professional talents.As the main battlefield for cultivating public security talents,public security colleges and universities need to continuously improve the effectiveness of talent cultivation by strengthening linkage and cooperation with public security organs,and jointly building a school bureau collaborative police training mechanism,so that public security talents have high professional level and excellent performance ability.The article is based on the perspective of school bureau cooperation,aiming to explore the innovative mechanism of talent cultivation mode in public security colleges.From four dimensions:transforming talent cultivation concepts,expanding the depth and breadth of cooperation,establishing cooperative operation mechanisms,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff,diversified innovative strategies for talent cultivation mode are proposed.
