新文科背景下人力资源管理专业实验教学体系研究

在新文科建设背景下,人力资源管理实验教学体系重构是优化人才培养的重要途径。为此,文章围绕实验教学目标、实验内容体系和效果监控评价等方面探讨人力资源管理专业实验教学体系,并从完善实验教师队伍建设、加大实验教学资源投入和深化校企联动三个角度提出实验教学体系的保障策略,旨在培养顺应新经济时代需要的人力资源管理复合型人才。
Research on the Experimental Teaching System of Human Resource Management under the Background of New Liberal Arts
Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,the reconstruction of the experimental teaching system of human resource management is an important way to optimize talent cultivation.Therefore,this article explores the experimental teaching system of human resource management from the aspects of experimental teaching objectives,experimental content system,and effectiveness monitoring and evaluation.It proposes guarantee strategies for the experimental teaching system from three perspectives:improving the construction of the experimental teacher team,increasing the investment in experimental teaching resources,and deepening the linkage between schools and enterprises.The aim is to cultivate human resource management composite talents that meet the needs of the new economic era.
