摘要

深化政产学研协同育人机制是新文科建设背景下社会工作专业人才培养的重要举措之一.当前社会工作专业协同育人方面面临学科交叉融合困境、行业需求与专业人才培养脱节、政产学研协同育人机制不健全等挑战,因此,需要建立跨学科交融的教学团队,建立产教融合教学实践基地,开发社会工作数字智能化课程,探索"专业化本土实践",推进创新创业教育,培养复合型社会工作专业人才.

Abstract

Deepening the mechanism of collaborative education among government,industry,academia and research is one of the important measures for cultivating social work professionals under the background of the construction of new liberal arts.The current collaborative education in the field of social work is facing challenges such as interdisciplinary integration,disconnection between industry demand and professional talent cultivation,and inadequate mechanisms for collaborative education between government,industry,academia,and research.Therefore,it is necessary to establish interdisciplinary teaching teams,establish a teaching practice base for industry education integration,develop digital intelligent courses in social work,explore"specialized local practices,"promote innovation and entrepreneurship education,and cultivate composite social work professionals.
