摘要
随着药学领域的不断发展,培养具有科研创新能力的药学本科生已成为当前医学教育的重要任务之一.文章以"药苑论坛"竞赛活动为例,探讨如何通过指导药学本科生参加相关竞赛活动以提升其科研创新能力.文章通过分析药学本科生科研创新能力的培养现状,提出了一系列针对性策略,旨在激发学生的科研兴趣,培养其创新思维和实践能力,从而更好地适应未来药学领域的发展需求.
Abstract
With the continuous development of the pharmaceutical field,cultivating undergraduate pharmacy students with research and innovation abilities has become one of the important tasks of current education.Taking the"Pharmacy Forum"competition as an example,this article explores how to enhance the research and innovation abilities of undergraduate pharmacy students by guiding them to participate in relevant competition activities.The article analyzes the current situation of cultivating research and innovation abilities among undergraduate students in pharmacy,and proposes a series of targeted strategies aimed at stimulating students'research interests,cultivating their innovative thinking and practical abilities,and better adapting to the future development needs of the pharmaceutical field.
