Abstract
With the innovation of educational technology,the role of new business education in cultivating business leaders is becoming increasingly important,and personalized learning paths are the key to improving the quality of education.The article deeply analyzes the current situation of new business education and personalized learning,and explores the challenges faced in achieving personalized learning.To address these challenges,the article proposes strategies such as building diversified educational concepts,integrating data and humanistic care,optimizing resource allocation,and balancing technology and self-directed learning,aiming to provide students with the best learning experience and promote innovation and development in new business education.
