摘要
基础化学课程在培养卓越农林人才的科学素养方面发挥着重要作用.文章以山东农业大学为例,基于我国农林高校基础化学课程的教学现状,从教师教学制度体系构建、基础化学课程团队建设、教师学科交叉素质培养、青年教师教学能力提升等方面探索了基础化学课程教师队伍建设的有效途径,以期为我国农林院校基础化学课程教师队伍建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
The basic chemistry course plays an important role in cultivating the scientific literacy of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.The article takes Shandong Agricultural University as an example,based on the teaching status of basic chemistry courses in agricultural and forestry universities in China,explores effective ways to build the teaching team of basic chemistry courses from the aspects of teacher teaching system construction,basic chemistry course team building,teacher interdisciplinary quality cultivation,and young teacher teaching ability improvement,in order to provide reference for the construction of the teaching team of basic chemistry courses in agricultural and forestry universities in China.
