文章通过明晰高职院校职业规划课程教师队伍专业化建设内涵,分析教师队伍现状,提出了完善职业规划课程管理体系,配齐专业人员;构建不同专业职业规划课程教师胜任素质模型;整合资源,打造多元化培训体系;以赛促教,用好全国大学生职业规划大赛平台的建设路径.
Abstract
The article clarifies the connotation of professionalization construction of the teaching staff in vocational planning courses in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation of the teaching staff,and proposes to improve the management system of vocational planning courses and equip professional personnel;Constructing competency models for teachers in different professional career planning courses;Integrate resources and create a diversified training system;Promote education through competition and make good use of the construction path of the National College Student Career Planning Competition platform.
