摘要

文章针对高职院校乡村小学全科教师培养课程建设中存在的培养目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价方面的问题,以OBE理念为基础,提出了乡村小学全科教师培养课程建设的策略:应对需求、反向的人才培养目标;全面综合、模块化的课程构架;交叉融合、聚焦乡村的课程内容:学生中心、强化实践的课程实施;以评促教,持续改进的课程评价等.

Abstract

The article addresses the issues of training objectives,course content,course implementation,and course evaluation in the construction of general education teacher training courses for rural primary schools in vocational colleges.Based on the OBE concept,the article proposes strategies for the construction of general education teacher training courses in rural primary schools:responding to demand and achieving reverse talent training objectives;A comprehensive and modular curriculum framework;Cross fusion and rural focused curriculum content:student-centered and practical oriented curriculum implementation;Curriculum evaluation that promotes teaching through evaluation and continuous improvement.
