Case action learning method originates from case teaching method and action learning method,and belongs to a type of situational teaching.Based on the practical needs of innovative,versatile,and application-oriented talents in applied undergraduate universities,case action learning method plays an increasingly important role in teaching.The article is based on relevant research on case action learning method,analyzing the feasibility and necessity of implementing case action learning method,and attempting to explore the application of case action learning method in performance management course teaching,in order to improve the practical teaching effect of the subject and meet the deeper needs of talent cultivation.
