摘要
"药品经营质量管理"是高职高专药品经营与管理专业的重要专业课程,当前该课程教学实施过程中普遍存在教学内容与企业岗位需求脱节、教学过程与岗位工作过程不匹配、课程教学与技能竞赛及证书的考核内容缺乏衔接等问题.文章基于"岗课赛证"融通视角,探索"药品经营质量管理"课程教学改革,以期实现课程教学与岗位需求零距离衔接,提高学生的岗位适应力,为高职院校"药品经营质量管理"课程建设提供思路和建议.
Abstract
Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Operations is an important professional course in the field of pharmaceutical operations and management in higher vocational colleges.Currently,there are common problems in the implementation of this course,such as a disconnect between teaching content and the needs of enterprise positions,a mismatch between teaching processes and job work processes,and a lack of connection between course teaching and skill competitions and certificate assessments.This article explores the teaching reform of the course"Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Operations"from the perspective of integrating"job course competition certificate",in order to achieve zero distance connection between course teaching and job requirements,improve job adaptability,and provide ideas and suggestions for the construction of the course"Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Operations"in vocational colleges.
