An Empirical Study of Using Music Library Materials in the Collection to Improve College Students'Anxiety——Taking Library of Guangzhou City Institute of Technology as an example
In order to alleviate the anxiety of college students and promote their mental health development,the study evaluated the subjects through questionnaires,SCL-90 and anxiety scale(SAS),and carried out in-depth reading therapy with the combination of bibliography and music,which had obvious effects on alleviating the anxiety of college students,and verified the important value of the combination of bibliography and music.The conclusion of this study can be used as a reference for the effective development of reading therapy combining bibliography and music in universities.
