为缓解大学生群体的焦虑情绪,促进其心理健康发展,文章通过调查问卷、症状自评量表SCL-90和焦虑量表(SAS)评估实验对象,运用书目与音乐相结合的方式深入开展图书馆阅读疗法,对缓解大学生焦虑情绪有明显的效果,验证了书目与音乐相结合疗愈的重要价值.研究结论对高校图书馆有效开展书目与音乐相结合的阅读疗法具有借鉴意义.
In order to alleviate the anxiety of college students and promote their mental health development,the study evaluated the subjects through questionnaires,SCL-90 and anxiety scale(SAS),and carried out in-depth reading therapy with the combination of bibliography and music,which had obvious effects on alleviating the anxiety of college students,and verified the important value of the combination of bibliography and music.The conclusion of this study can be used as a reference for the effective development of reading therapy combining bibliography and music in universities.
