跨文化背景下高校辅导员跨文化教育能力培养研究

摘要
随着高等教育国际化的不断深入,大学校园呈现出日益多元的文化景观.高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育和日常管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,对大学生跨文化交流与适应的引导责无旁贷.然而,目前高校辅导员普遍缺乏跨文化教育能力,难以胜任新形势下的跨文化教育工作.文章通过问卷调查和访谈法,分析了跨文化背景下高校辅导员跨文化教育能力现状,剖析存在的问题,提出了加强高校辅导员跨文化教育能力培养的建议,以期为提升高校辅导员跨文化教育工作水平提供参考.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of internationalization of higher education,university campuses are presenting increasingly diverse cultural landscapes.As organizers,implementers,and guides of ideological and political education and daily management work for college students,college counselors are duty bound to guide cross-cultural communication and adaptation among college students.However,currently,college counselors generally lack cross-cultural education abilities and are unable to handle cross-cultural education work in the new situation.This article analyzes the current situation of cross-cultural education ability of college counselors under cross-cultural backgrounds through questionnaire surveys and interviews,identifies existing problems,and proposes suggestions to strengthen the cultivation of cross-cultural education ability of college counselors,in order to provide reference for improving the level of cross-cultural education work of college counselors.
