In the digital age,online platforms provide channels for the outbreak and spread of public opinion.Properly handling online public opinion has become one of the important tasks for universities,which is of great significance for maintaining campus safety and social stability.Public opinion propaganda and guidance have become important contents of ideological and political education in vocational colleges.The article uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the current situation and existing problems of online public opinion governance in five vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.Based on the survey results,it explores countermeasures for online public opinion governance in vocational colleges in the new era,providing theoretical basis and basis for improving the management mechanism of online public opinion in universities.
