摘要
在提质培优背景下,高职院校名辅导员工作室在推动落实立德树人根本任务中具有重要价值.鉴于其在建设进程中存在工作室建设共识有待加强、内部制度有待完善、协同育人有待改进、育人成效有待提升等现实挑战,文章从广泛凝聚共识、健全内部制度、强化协同育人、强调以生为本等方面,提出高职院校名辅导员工作室建设的突破路径.
Abstract
In the context of improving quality and cultivating excellence,the counselor studio of vocational colleges has important value in promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.Given the practical challenges in the construction process,such as the need to strengthen consensus on studio construction,improve internal systems,enhance collaborative education,and improve educational effectiveness,this article proposes a breakthrough path for the construction of the name counselor studio in vocational colleges from the aspects of widely consolidating consensus,improving internal systems,strengthening collaborative education,and emphasizing student-centered approach.
