The Application Strategies of Situational Teaching Method in College Management Education
Situational teaching,as an innovative teaching method,has received widespread attention in management education.This article explores the potential driving effect of situational teaching on students'decision-making ability and analyzes the difficulties in implementing situational teaching.To solve these difficulties,optimize situational teaching,and enhance the decision-making ability of students in management education,a series of strategies have been proposed.These strategies aim to provide more comprehensive and in-depth guidance for situational teaching in management education,in order to cultivate students'comprehensive decision-making abilities.
