Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Empathy Ability for Students Majoring in Preschool Education in Universities
Empathy is a core professional competence required for students majoring in early childhood education in universities.It plays a crucial role in shaping the teaching effectiveness of future preschool teachers and promoting the comprehensive development of young children.This study aims to investigate the current situation and challenges of empathy ability among students majoring in preschool education,and propose systematic training strategies.Based on the research results,we propose training strategies such as systematic psychological education,situational emotional experience learning,communication and empathy training,practical reflection and self-improvement,and campus culture and atmosphere creation,in order to provide useful references for improving empathy abilities of preschool education majors in universities.
