Research on the Construction of Vocational Teaching Resource Base under the Background of New Quality Productivity——Taking Jiangyin University computer network technology major as an example
In order to promote the development of new quality productivity,social enterprises have an increasingly urgent need for innovative,technical and compound talents.As an important position of personnel training,the construction and application of higher vocational education's teaching resource base has become very important.However,the current higher vocational teaching resource base still faces problems such as insufficient interdisciplinary integration,insufficient integration of"four new"and lagging updating of teaching resources.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the ideas of deepening the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,promoting cross-professional integration,classified construction,and formulating the operation management and incentive mechanism of sustainable development.In addition,it also proposed to build a structured teacher team,promote the upgrading of talent training programs,improve the resource base framework system and course resource system,and establish the intelligent analysis model of the resource base and other implementation paths,to ensure the prospectivity and practicality of the resource base,and promote the training of high-quality technical skills and innovative talents.
