Strategies for Building a "Dual Qualified" Teacher Team in Computer Science and Technology Based on the Integration of Industry and Education
Objective:This study aims to explore the strategy of building a"dual qualified"teaching team for computer science and technology majors based on the integration of industry and education,in order to improve the quality of higher education,promote the deep integration of industry and education,and promote the development of the teaching team.The research focuses on clarifying the connotation of"dual qualified"teachers,analyzing their importance in the context of industry education integration,and proposing targeted construction strategies;Method:Firstly,analyze and sort out the connotation of"dual qualified"teachers.Secondly,in the context of the integration of industry and education,analyze the importance of building"dual qualified"teachers in computer science and technology majors in higher education.Finally,specific construction strategies are proposed from four aspects:deepening school enterprise cooperation,jointly building industrial colleges,clarifying hierarchical development,and reforming assessment methods.Result:The"dual qualified"teacher construction strategy can continuously improve the team's ability and enhance the quality of higher education.
