摘要

高等教育中辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的现状面临诸多挑战,包括教育理念的冲突、专业知识的隔阂、合作中权力结构失衡,以及创新与变革的阻力.为解决这些问题,需构建教育理念交流平台,推动跨学科合作,优化合作中的权力结构,并营造鼓励创新的氛围.这些措施旨在为辅导员与专业课教师协同育人提供有效的理论支持和实践指导,以提升教育质量.

Abstract

The current situation of collaborative education between counselors and professional course teachers in higher education faces many challenges,including conflicts in educational concepts,barriers in professional knowledge,imbalances in power structures in cooperation,and obstacles to innovation and change.To address these issues,it is necessary to establish an educational philosophy exchange platform,promote interdisciplinary cooperation,optimize the power structure in cooperation,and create an atmosphere that encourages innovation.These measures aim to provide effective theoretical support and practical guidance for the collaborative education of counselors and professional course teachers,in order to improve the quality of education.
