体验式教学结合情景模拟在老年护理学实验课程教学中的应用

目的:探讨体验式教学结合情景模拟教学在老年护理实验课中的应用效果.方法:选取某医科大学高职护理学专业198名学生作为研究对象,通过老年模拟装置结合情景模拟的方式进行体验式教学,并采用自身前后对照方法于授课前后分别进行共情能力评分,随后对实验课教学效果进行综合质量评价.结果:学生在体验式教学结合情景模拟的教学模式下共情能力总得分(102.72±11.36)较授课前(99.90±10.96)提高(P<0.05);教学质量综合评价显示,学生对此教学方式较为满意.结论:在老年护理学实验课程中应用体验式教学结合情景模拟的方式可有效提高护理学生的共情能力.
Objective:To explore the application effect of experiential teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching in elderly care experimental courses.Method:198 students majoring in nursing at a certain medical university were selected as the research subjects.Experiential teaching was conducted through a combination of elderly simulation devices and scenario simulation.The empathy ability was scored before and after the teaching using a self-comparison method.Subsequently,the comprehensive quality evaluation of the experimental course teaching effect was conducted.Result:The total score of empathy ability for students in the teaching mode of experiential teaching combined with scenario simulation(102.72±11.36)increased compared to before teaching(99.90±10.96)(P<0.05);The comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality shows that students are quite satisfied with this teaching method.Conclusion:The application of experiential teaching combined with scenario simulation in the experimental course of geriatric nursing can effectively improve the empathy ability of nursing students.
