To meet the new requirements of the development of new quality productivity,the training mode of childcare teachers needs to be reformed.The article takes the practical teaching part of the course"Design and Guidance of Early Education Activities"as the research object,and finds that there are problems in the current practical teaching,such as mainly using simulated practical teaching,relatively short on-the-job training time,and lack of understanding of the training objects and parents.The research plans to adopt project-based teaching method and situational teaching method,integrating the concepts of job course integration and industry education integration throughout the entire process through four stages:job observation,task clarification,practical implementation,and summary reflection,achieving good practical training results.The research suggests using task driven methods to stimulate students'enthusiasm for participation,provide real training scenarios,set reasonable training hours,and optimize and strengthen the training teacher team to continuously improve the quality of childcare teacher training.
