摘要

生成式人工智能(GAI)的发展将给教育带来重要影响.在微观教学层面,GAI的多维高智能与多模态高交互性将赋能课堂教学变革.文章以创新管理课程的商业项目体验式教学为对象,分析了项目实施的市场需求发现、市场需求分析、商业模式设计、模拟路演展示这四个阶段中,多类型GAI技术与人力协作的过程、使用GAI的能力、GAI的不足与人类核心能力的分析.该理论研究表明,GAI应用于教学有助于提高教学效率,激发学生的创造力,但使用中也需注意GAI的伦理问题.这一研究为教育领域的教学模式创新提供了新思路,也为GAI在教学实践中的应用提供了有益的借鉴.

Abstract

Generative Artificial Intelligence will significantly impact education.The high-level intelligence and multimodal interactivity of GAI empower teaching transformations.Using the experiential teaching of business projects in the"Innovation Management"course as a case,this study analyzes the human-AI collaboration across four phases:market demand discovery,market demand analysis,business model design,and simulated pitch presentations.This research shows that the application of GAI in teaching can enhance teaching efficiency and student creativity,while also highlighting the need to address ethical issues related to GAI.This study provides new ideas for innovative teaching models in the field of education,and also provides useful references for the application of GAI in teaching practice.
