Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Career Decision making Difficulties for Midwifery Majors in Vocational Colleges——Taking a college in Dali as an example
In the context of the implementation of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,vocational colleges are important bases for cultivating midwives with job competence.Understanding the career decision-making level of midwifery students can help deepen the reform of midwifery courses and career planning courses.This study selected students majoring in midwifery from a university in Dali Prefecture for a questionnaire survey from 2021 to 2023.The results showed that the overall level of career decision-making among students in this university is relatively high,but there are still groups of career decision-making difficulties that require special support.Based on this,this study proposes support strategies such as school enterprise cooperation,targeted support,and promoting the growth of students'self-exploration ability.
