产教融合背景下产业学院协同育人模式探索与实践——以南京工业大学产业学院为例

产教融合是促进经济社会协同发展的重要举措,是解决我国高等教育结构性矛盾突出这一问题的有效方法。然而,目前我国校企协同育人普遍存在合作深度不够、企业缺乏合作动力、育人模式单一、合作机制不完善等问题。文章以南京工业大学产业学院为例,从校企合作机制、人才培养模式、学科专业布局、实习实训基地搭建、双师队伍建设,以及体制机制构建等方面做了详细阐述,为应用型高校校企协同育人提供了可借鉴、可推广的模式探索。
Exploration and Practice of Collaborative Education Mode in Industrial Colleges under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education——Taking College of Industry,Nanjing Tech University as an example
The integration of industry and education is an important measure to promote the coordinated development of economy and society,and an effective method to solve the problem of prominent structural contradictions in China's higher education.However,at present,there are some problems in China's school-enterprise collaborative education,such as insufficient depth of cooperation,lack of cooperation motivation of enterprises,single education mode,and imperfect cooperation mechanism.Taking Nanjing Tech University as an example,this paper elaborates on the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,talent training mode,discipline and professional layout,internship and training base construction,dual-teacher team construction and mechanism system construction,which provides a reference and generalizable model exploration for school-enterprise collaborative education in application-oriented universities.
