Research on the Talent Training Model of Empowering Rural Revitalization Strategy with Applied Undergraduate Colleges——Taking colleges in Shandong Province as an example
In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,applied undergraduate colleges,as important platforms for talent cultivation,should actively innovate talent cultivation models,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural economy and society.Taking colleges in Shandong Province as an example,this article proposes to strengthen the construction of the teaching team,innovate teaching models,and enhance practical teaching in order to improve the quality of agricultural education and cultivate high-quality talents with practical ability and innovative spirit,in response to the problems of emphasizing scientific research over teaching,single talent cultivation mode,and weak innovation and practical ability of agricultural science students in the talent cultivation of applied undergraduate colleges.
