摘要

土木工程作为典型的传统工程学科,其在卓越工程师培养和新工科建设的大背景下亟须探索出具备时代特征与未来属性的创新育人模式.文章围绕卓越土木工程师的培养工作,阐述了传道授业、德育协同、授人以渔、知行合一、复合人才、学科交叉的培养新特征,分析了土木工程专业教育中思想引领、课堂教学、实习实践、创新创业耦联共融的新格局,针对土木工程课程教学提出了提效果、强效用和高效率的教育新范式,为新时代以土木工程为代表的传统工科专业改革发展提供了实践路径.

Abstract

Civil engineering is a typical traditional engineering discipline,and it is in urgent need of exploring innovative education models with age characteristics and future attributes under the background of excellent engineer training and emerging engineering construction.This paper focuses on the training of excellent civil engineers,expounds the new connotations of teaching and learning,moral education collaboration,teaching"how to fish",the unity of knowledge and practice,compound talents,and interdisciplinary education.The paper also analyzes the new pattern of civil engineering professional education,in which the ideological guidance,classroom teaching,internship practice,innovation and entrepreneurship are coupled and integrated.A new paradigm of increased effect,strong utility,and high efficiency for the teaching process of civil engineering courses is proposed,providing a practical path for the reform and development of traditional engineering disciplines represented by civil engineering in the new era.
